These terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the access and use of the website auriqorix.com (hereinafter, the "Site") operated by Auriqorix S.A. (hereinafter, "Auriqorix"). By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

Auriqorix S.A., CUIT 30-71892456-9, registered with the General Inspection of Justice (IGJ) under Registration No. 2847/2019. Legal address: Av. del Libertador 5680, Floor 8, C1428ARP, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV) as a crowdfunding platform.
2. Purpose of the site
The Site aims to provide information about the real estate crowdlending services offered by Auriqorix, allow contact with potential investors, and facilitate access to information about available real estate projects. Published content is informational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Conditions of use
By using the Site, you agree to: use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms; not reproduce, distribute, or modify the content without prior written authorization; not attempt unauthorized access to Auriqorix systems or databases; provide truthful information in contact forms; not use the Site for illegal, fraudulent activities, or activities that harm third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
